Our daughter Jennifer and her friend have invited us for a weekend in Trier and we accept it with pleasure. We find Trier always a pleasant city to be and it has a long history, there was already a city in Roman times and some buildings are still left from that time. From Trier we also like to drive through the Moselle valley or to Luxembourg city which we visit on the way back.
