Photographs van Scotland, July 2000

This was our first long joint trip. We chose to go to Scotland because neither of us had been there before and we fell in love immediately. In 3 weeks we traveled through almost the entire country. We didn't have much money at the time and had spent our budget within 2 weeks but we loved it. Since then we have been there almost every year. Why? Nature, history, but especially the people are very special. A piece of our heart has meanwhile been colored in a Scottish way.
Note: on this trip we have made very few pictures, fortunately we made many more in the years to come!
