Scotland: travelogue September 2001
After we came to Scotland for the first time last year and immediately fell in love with the country, we returned to Scotland in September 2001, now by plane and driving a rental car. We first go to acquaintances who have a hotel in Beauly in the Highlands. From there we explore the northern Highlands, a beautiful vast area, sometimes rugged, sometimes lovely but above all very empty. Fortunately we have our own camera this time so that we can take more photos than the year before.
