Inveraray Castle

Just outside the town of Inveraray stands the well-preserved castle with the same name from the 18th century and which is still inhabited by the head of the Campbell clan, also called the Duke of Argyll.
Only the rooms at the front are open to visitors and to be honest we found the entrance fee way too high for the few rooms one can visit. Photography is not allowed inside. More photographs and information op this webpage.
